Delivery Information

We will attempt to despatch the orders the same day they are placed (if placed before 12pm) and send to you for the following day when 'next day delivery' is selected at checkout. We thank you for your patience during this time, as we are a small start up sometimes it is tough for us when we have large volumes of orders, but we still pull together, but apologise if your choc is slightly late.  

Don't worry you can always email us to check the status of your delivery, we are very friendly and would love a chat :-)

We welcome all chocoholics and we do send outside of the UK, please be aware that this carries an extra charge and timeframes for delivery can be seen below.

Our domestic shipping has a flat rate of £2.99, it costs us a little more to ship items out to you, but we pay the extra cost.

Please note, we'll endeavour to send free delivery items Royal Mail 48 Service where possible but if the package becomes too large it will be sent by another service (tracked) which can take 2-4 working days!

During the warmer months typically all orders will require ice packs. These consist of a reusable non-toxic gel refrigerant. During the summer months ice packs are mandatory and ensure your chocolates arrive in good condition. 

If you require your order immediately we have the option of DPD/UPS delivery which will cost a little extra but we'll ensure your order is put to the front of the queue and with you the next day.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: We sincerely apologise but we made the difficult decision to suspend all international deliveries temporarily whilst we improve the shipping service we can offer.
